The two videos commissioned and shot for Peter Hook And The Light’s debut EP “1102 / 2011” have been uploaded from today, Monday 2^nd May on this site and on youtube

Directed in late March 2011 in a Northern Quarter studio in Manchester by John Surdevan and Mark Bristol of Surdevan Creative both feature the band in performance, the unreleased Joy Division track “Pictures In My Mind” with vocals by Peter Hook and the epic and anthemic “Atmosphere” peformed by Rowetta.

“1102 / 2011” the debut EP from Peter Hook’s The Light will be released on Haçienda Records on Monday 9^th May 2011 at www.fac51thehacienda.com. In addition to “Pictures In My Mind” and “Atmosphere”, the Ep also features Rowetta singing “New Dawn Fades” and “Insight.”

Peter Hook And The Light have also announced some new tour dates for Summer 2011.

The band make their first visit to Ireland, playing The Academy in Dublin on 3^rd June prior to playing the Cold Pro Festival in Ireland on the 4^th June. The band perform a three date tour of Brazil mid June and return to Italy on 15^th July to play Closer for the first time outside the UK at Gru Village, Turin.

Also announced are appearance at the Shadow Play Festival in Belgium in July and the Green Festival Wroclaw, Poland in August.
