The back end of 2011 saw The Light complete a tour of the US, Canada, Mexico,first visits to Greece, Denmark and Belgium, and a return visits to Italy and two very well received homecoming concerts at The Lowry in Salford.
Gigs in 2012 have included include the two full UK tours from The Light in May / June and November 2012, their debut performances of "Still" at The Factory, Manchester in May alongside a headline UK Festival Appearance at The Hop Farm in June.
Hooky published his very well recieved second book "Unknown Pleasures - Inside Joy Division" in October 2012, following up his first, the critically acclaimed "How Not To Run A Club" about his Hacienda years.
In 2013 Peter Hook & The Light delivered their debut performances of the first two New Order albums, "Movement" and "Power Corruption And Lies" in London and Manchester in January to great reactions and reviews before touring Middle and Eastern Europe in March and April.
Following a string of dates across the summer months performing both New Order and Joy Division material Peter Hook & The Light toured North America in September 2013, South America in early October 2013 and are currently playing in the UK and Ireland in October and November 2013 performing New Order's "Movement" and "Power, Corruption And Lies".
Further European dates including France, Holland and Italy have recently been announced for January and February 2014.
